Digging into my Point Reyes footage archives I show that overwhelming evidence already exists proving that cattle are the last thing the seashore need for native habitat recovery. If my visual evidence spanning 2019-2026 can't be refuted, then what evidence is The Nature Conservancy going to provide to justify their counter argument?
Ignoring Existing Evidence
Overwhelming evidence already exists that cattle are not tools that should be used to restore native habitat. This project will compile 5 years of footage proving that the absence of cattle is where nature is healthiest and the epicenter of ranches is where conditions are the worst. If the TNC chooses to ignore this evidence we will have a historical record of how much evidence they ignored and of how things only get worse with the use of cattle.
Use
Once the video is produced on a professional level I will make it available to all plaintiffs fighting to end livestock in Point Reyes National Seashore as a source of evidence. The fact that TNC has done no research within the seashore before deciding their strategy speaks volumes.
It's hard to stop the livestock machine, but we can prove that evidence is being ignored by TNC to help line the pockets of wealthy ranchers.

Exposing the TNC
As many of us suspected, The Nature Conservancy's takeover of managing Point Reyes National Seashore has more to do with lining the pockets of ranchers than it does restoring natural habitat.
